VIP BOTTLE SERVICE RULES & REGULATIONS

1. All guests must adhere to dress code – casual, upscale proper nightclub attire, enforced at management’s discretion.

2. Maxi's Lounge does not admit guests into the club after 1:45 a.m. Guests under 21 are not permitted in VIP sections.

3. Partially-consumed bottles of alcohol may not be held for future use, are not permitted outside of Maxi's Lounge and are forfeited at close of business.

4. All orders by any guests in a VIP section are ultimately the responsibility of the Person in Charge of the reservation.

5. Any incidentals or damage to the venue will be charged to the credit card on file.
